Panache keeps growing, and with that growth comes a deeper need to understand what this beautiful container truly is. We’ve started shaping a living document around our core values and “Panache DNA.” And please know—it’s a co-creative document. If you feel something is missing, or want to add your voice, we’d love to hear from you. You can reach out directly to Vera to share your thoughts, questions, or new perspectives.
Philosophy of panache 2025
Panache is always evolving! Based on input from the community, we are experimenting with a few tweaks on our already amazing format. The basis is and will always be 'Meeting yourself in community'.
This year, we want to focus a little bit extra on the following principles:
🙆♀️ Community oriented: Making this an event that feeds the existing community,
🤙 Easy-going: Creating an atmosphere of a warm and breezy weekend with friends,
🙌 Co-creative: Empowering people to contribute collectively,
🔥 Initiation: Following a ceremonial ritual for new members to join the yearlong community.
We want to do a this by making a few tweaks:
🗓️✅ Schedule: The schedule overview will be co-created. People can fill in their workshop / contribution on the forms before the actual start of the festival.
🙋♂️✅ Co-creative: We will have workshops on the “ceremony”, “open mic night” and such, so that anyone can lead those and we co-create the flow of those.
