FAQ | Panache Festival

Musts:
- Tent 🏕
- Sleeping mattress & sleeping bag

- A plate, bowl, cutlery and coffee cup (put your name on it and bring sth you can easily recognize!)
- Water bottle (for refill)
- Clothes for 3 days (WARM sweather for during the night)
- Sport clothing
- Tick remover (if you have one)
- Mosquito spray
- Sunscreen 🌞
- A party outfit (theme: THE EXPLORERS)
- Pen and notebook for notes and reflection
- ID & healthcare card

- Swimwear
- Any material needed for your contribution

Great to have:
- A piece of clothing (or many!) that deserves a second life
- A small instrument of any kind 🪘

Also recommended:
- Yoga mat
- Picknick blanket

Please leave at home:
- Laptops or other distractors
- Alcohol or other drugs

Can I park there?
Yes you can!

What about public transport?
You’ll have to travel to Almere train station, where you can take the OV region IJsselmond Bus 160 towards Zeewolde mast.

You then get off at the Flevo-Natuur/Wielseweg Zeewolde bus stop. From there it is a 25-minute walk to the estate.

When do I have to submit my contribution?
When buying a ticket, a seed is planted for the first idea of a contribution. A few weeks in advance, you will receive a form to submit your idea! Until the 10th of June, you are able to fill in your idea. If you’re unsure about your contribution, don’t be shy to contact one of our contribution coaches, who will be happy to brainstorm with you.

When does it start?
Please arrive between 17:00 - 19:00h on Thursday the 26th of June in 2025 (just 2b sure you’re not a year late), It’s not possible to join at other times in the day, there is a special welcoming journey we have prepared for you during this time slot.

Can I join on friday?

Unfortunately, we have to be strict and say no. Believe us, for the vibe it is necessary to join the welcoming journey and ceremony on Thursday. We want to keep it a closed and safe circle.

When does it end?

The program officially finishes at 17:00h on Sunday.

No Phone: We recommend you turn off your phone for the festival so that you can disconnect, and reconnect with nature & people. You can let friends & family know in advance that you'll be offline.

Sober is sexy: We look to stay connected with the experience and with each other. We encourage you to fully be with the natural highs & lows. Therefore we do not serve alcohol at Panache and invite participants not to take any drugs.

Let's stick to English: To keep welcoming all our international friends at Panache we would invite you to speak English during Panache, even when you are speaking to fellow Dutchies.

TICKET POLICIES

Can I refund/cancel my ticket?
We’re a non-profit, friends-for-friends, organization so ofcourse we’re lenient with cancellations, but we have to draw some lines:

Up and including the 13th of June, you will get a full refund of your ticket.
From the 13th of June, up and including the 20th of June, you will get a half refund of your ticket, as the food will be ordered by then.
After the 20th, it’s not possible to cancel your ticket - sorry :(
