2017
Panache was started by Zeeger Scholten with others in 2017 with a simple idea: bring 20 to 25 friends together to share their passions with each other - everybody contributes with a workshop on topics that excite them.
2018
The first two years it was organized in the Hungary because that is where Zeeger grew up.
2019
Panache moves to The Netherlands!
2020
Panache is organized by a Team for the first time, Panache starts to grow!
We create the Panache Purpose: "To meet yourself in community"

This year, we focused a little bit extra on the following principles:

🤙 Easy-going: Creating an atmosphere of a warm and breezy weekend with friends,
🙌 Co-creative: Empowering people to contribute collectively,
🔥 Initiation: Following a ceremonial ritual for new members to join the yearlong community.

Theme: Grounded Village
We celebrated a decade of Panache with a return to the essence of village life:. The festival moved to a new part of Energy Up. A new World-Centred Ceremony created room for everything happening beyond the festival—from joy to grief, from the World Cup to war. We also experimented with running parallel ceremonies. It didn't go as intended, but it brought valuable lessons that will shape future editions.
